New cabinets, granite countertops, built in microwave, tile backsplash in kitchen, new tub and tile shower surround, ceiling fan in great room and bedroom, new sleeper sofa and new bedroom furniture.

All Emerald Skye units offer one car parking, direct gulf view, private balcony, outdoor seasonally heated pool, bar-b-que grills, & beautiful white sand. If watching from the balcony dolphins can be seen feeding daily. The lighted private pier next door, although not accessible to Emerald Skye guests, provides a spectacular view of the ocean waves all night. This unit features 1 50" flat screen TV in the living room and a 40" wall mounted in master bedroom),a queen size sleeper sofa, large bath vanity, queen bed, top bunk with safety rail, comfortable recliner in living room. Bunk area can be closed off from living room and bedroom for privacy. You have use of elevator & luggage carts but not necessary to wait for elevator since this unit is only one floor above ground level.

Great central Orange Beach location near restaurants, fishing, parks, shopping, marinas and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east it's a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels) and the Naval Flight Museum. To the west it's a 1 hour drive to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. A short drive west from Mobile are the Biloxi Casinos. The photos depict only a few of the many family oriented attractions near the condo.

This is a low density, family friendly complex providing the best quality beach vacation you will find.

Location was amazing! It was easy to find and parking was easily accessible. Unit is on the first floor, there are carts available to take your belongings up via an elevator if you need. It was so nice to have a short walk down to the beach and jump right into the ocean. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Swimming pool was very nice.
