About this property

2 storey holiday home - two minute walk to shops & cafes in beautiful Whangamata

This large two storey house is 2 minutes walk to the shops and cafes, only 600m flat walk to the main Whangamata Beach. It offers all the amenities and space for a relaxing break and a full site. Two bedrooms and large rumpus room downstairs, two bedrooms and kitchen/dining/lounge upstairs. The rumpus room downstairs provides an area for children/teenagers to chill-out away from adults. Very sunny house. Timber-floors and carpeted throughout. Fully fenced back yard is perfect for summer cricket games etc. and very safe for children. Ample off-road parking for cars and boats. The ability to walk through the back gate to cafes, shops etc. means there is little need to use the car, adding to the relaxed atmosphere of the holiday.
COVID-19: Full refund offered for cancellations due to Covid travel restrictions

NO SMOKING INSIDE - smoking allowed outside only
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$200.00 per stay); NOTE: As per Kiwi-bach tradition the kitchen is well stocked and equipped. Please replace any pantry items that are finished.

Amazing location. Everything we needed for four adults and four small children. The stairs were quite steep and narrow but a child proof door at top was great. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Very comfortable beds, loads of room for a group of friends or large family. So close to facilities, shops and beach. Ample room for parking. Would have appreciate some hand towels in bathroom but other things made up for that minor inconvenience.

Great bach! Perfect location, walking to town and the beach was a breeze with young kids. Plenty of space, very well set out bach. Property manager was really easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Lovely stay!

Great Space and Location

Perfect location within Whangamata close do shops and restaurants and an easy ~10 min walk to the beach. Great facilities and room layout for our break which was us, our adult children and a couple of there friends. The rumpus room downstairs made for a great location for the kids and friends to hang out in.. Would recommend...

Great Whangamata House

This house was spot on for our group of 4 families plus teens coming and going. The downstairs space for the teens was perfect and the well equiped kitchen, huge fridge/freezer and big eating space on the deck were awesome. Perfect location with a sneaky back gate to the shops. Highly recommend

Perfect house for our group, the rumpus room for the teens was fantastic. Location was perfect right by shops, with a stroll through a few streets beach access to the beach. Fantastic & easy communication with owner. We would definitely love to stay in this house again.
