Excellent stay! The location is 10/10!! The house was perfect for our family to stay, it wasn’t too fancy which suited us great, it was comfortable but not too precious. We did bring our own deck chairs which we were grateful to have. Good supply of cooking dishes and crockery which was great.

This is a great bach in an amazing location. We had a wonderful weekend here. Its right next to the surf club for safe swimming. Just 2 minutes walk to the dairy, and cafes in both directions. It was clean and tidy and fitted our large family perfectly.

Our stay at this property was fantastic. It was situated right on the beach but with plenty of privacy as it was on the corner on the small stream leading to the beach and the beach itself. A dairy/takeaway was a two minute walk with a eatery just over the stream at the Surf Rescue facility. The house was just lovely with absolutely stunning views of the beach and sunset. We had 12 of us on our holiday and there was plenty of seating, rooms and space to spread out. The window seat infront of a huge picture window was so lovely to just lay and enjoy the view.The beach was awesome, our kids ranged from 4 to 18 and they swam, built sand castles, played football and swam, and we could see them from the front lawn. The owner was brilliant to communicate with. Im sure I asked to many questions, but he was welcoming, friendly and and replied promptly. If we go back to Waihi, I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else, as this house gave us the best location on the beach, a clean house, close to everything you need.When you do stay, you must play the card game,TACCO, PIZZA,. It was absolutely hilarious Thankyou to the owners for sharing your piece of paradise

Everything was wonderful. Well-equipped, comfortable and with incredible views. We appreciated the kitchen supplies, good pressure shower and fresh clean towels and bedding. Good communication from friendly host and fantastic location.

We had such a relaxed 3-night stay at this beachfront property. The photos really don’t do the house justice. It’s much bigger and more spacious than it looks online, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beach view is absolutely beautiful. Such a pleasure to watch the sunrise from the deck/inside. James was fantastic to communicate with from start to finish. His communication was excellent and everything was really straightforward and easy throughout our stay.The kitchen is also really well stocked with everything you could need, which made it easy to settle in and cook meals during our stay. The only small downside was that the oven isn’t the greatest, but otherwise we had everything we needed. The house is surprisingly warm and has more than enough space for a group of adults or an extended family.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The house, space, location and beautiful beachfront setting made it such a relaxing getaway. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with an amazing view!

Awesome stay, had everything we needed, great location, amazing views and for people watching while relaxing on deck or inside. Even got to see sun rise from in bed in master bedroomSurf club with Surf Shack right next door for great food and coffee.Kitchen had everything required to cook/make meals.A great stay had by all in our group.
