Fully furnished, large lounge, logfire, very comfortable, 50 metres to waters edge, peaceful listen to the birds, relaxing waterfront sea view. Safe swimming beach 3 min walk. Fully fenced flat section. Ample off road parking for boats and cars.
Suitable young children. 100 metres to playground area. Reserve opposite. Native bush surrounds the hills and drive in. Dogs are not permitted on the property.Free Wi-Fi for 1 hour signal from ramp
Special conditions:
Two night minimum stay. Tarrif for Xmas/NewYear $240.00 to end of January. Price quoted is for2 people. Each additional person. an extra charge $25.00 pp if disclosed at time of booking or $30.00 pp if not disclosed at time of booking.. Deposit payable non refundable or transferable.
Bring own gas bottle for bar-be-que. House is not serviced you need to supply all food, toilet requirements, dish wash .

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

A true gem for a peaceful break in beautiful nature and the ocean on your doorstep.

We were truly surprised. The holiday house had everything and more than what we needed. It is spacious and the view of the ocean from the deck and from inside the house was a plus. Little swallow mom and dad feeding babies was so exciting to watch, that is something you do not see often. The host was friendly and insightful, we felt totally at home. Thank you Chris, for a lovely stay.

Has everything a bach has. Lots of cutlery, serving plates, drinkware, toaster, kettle. Just do a food shop before you come, bring some condiments and its all good. Cozy place with decent living area with couches for a couple familys or group. Pity stay wasnt longer.

Bedding not very clean. 1 half roll toilet paper for 11 people for 3 days Limited kitchen cleaning product 1 small binliner 1 nights dishwasher powder a smidgen of dishwash liquid. Pushbutton locks on the bedrooms locked by small childern hard to get them open Welcome book had privilege rescinded instead of not having the pages in it at all. Owner came around twice during our stay. It did have a lovely view.
