Sunshine gem in great location

The propriety manager, Fernando, could not have been more helpful and responsive to all our needs and questions. The location is ideal, right in the middle of the old town, next to the Plaza Mayor, shopping, restaurants and the action of the city. The space is a perfect size with all the amenities. Plenty of windows and sunshine. It was a great experience.

A great place to stay in the heart of Salamanca

It would be hard to find a better location for a short visit to Salamanca. The apartment is meters away from the central market and the Plaza Mayor. Apparently, there was some screw up on the part of the Vrbo, whereas apartments that had already been rented came up as available. Fernando was extremely helpful and patient in explaining it to me over the phone and went out of his way to make our stay there comfortable. He was there on the phone with us to guide us to the apartment, to greet us at the door, show us around the apartment and provided very valuable pointers as to what to see and where to eat. Apartment size is just about at the bottom of my list of priorities, so if you are looking for a large place this one may not be for you. Much more important for me was the presence of two bedrooms, the fact that the apartment is quiet (something not to be taken for granted in Spain), proximity of a parking garage and, most importantly, the location of the apartment itself. Highly recommended.

Adding a quick note to say that due to the issue on Vrbo's site this review belongs to the 3rd floor apartment, which is 55m2, and not to the one mentioned here, which is the 2nd floor one - same as the 1st floor one they are both 75m2.
