An appealing, comfortable family beachhouse, in the newer southern end of Omaha. This house is ideally designed with two families in mind, having two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and the same downstairs. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and feature walk-in showers. Well appointed with all modern appliances including dishwasher, Broadband, Smart TV (including Freeview & Netflix), CD/DVD player, Bluetooth speaker and BBQ.

The open plan has oversized bifolds opening to decks on three sides, including a private west-facing courtyard complete with outdoor shower, furniture, and a louvre roof. There is a large double garage and ample extra parking for cars and boats. In winter, heating is provided by a cosy gas fire.

Omaha is perfect for bike-riding, walking, tennis, golf, fishing and of course, the beach which is just a 3 minute walk away. Along with the excellent white sand surf beach (patrolled in summer) there’s the sheltered estuary and boat ramp for all those water sports - fishing, boating, kayaking, or kitesurfing.

And close by are the superb environs of Matakana and the local vineyards, Leigh, Goat Island, Tawharanui Regional Park, and much more.
Special conditions:
Minimum 3 nights over Waitangi weekend and 4 nights over Easter. Minimum 3 nights on long weekends. Minimum 10 night stay over Christmas and New Year period. Minimum 7 night stay rest of January and early February. Smoking allowed outside only. Pillows, duvets and blankets provided. No extra guests allowed.
