This as a beautiful property right near the water with a large deck. It was nice to sit outside and have coffee in the morning watching the birds with the binoculars they provided. The beds were comfortable and there were throw blankets available to cuddle up on the couch during the cool nights. The location is great, only 20 minutes from Charlottetown. The property was clean, a great size for comfort, and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely clean cottage. Everything was new and working. The view was amazing and the herons and sea birds so interesting to watch, even eagles flying over.A fox pottered by the end of the deck and there were fairies at the bottom of the garden, though you only saw them at night!Lovely stay.

We enjoyed this beautiful, well-appointed cabin that had everything we needed. Perfect location for sightseeing and just staying at the house was a treat with a great view as well!

We had an excellent stay here and were sad to leave. Host is extremely helpful, went out of their way to make sure there was a playpen there for my 2 year old. Cottage is beautiful, well equipped and in a good location. Beautiful view, quiet and well kept. Prepare yourself for some mosquitoes however this is no fault to the place it is just the nature of the location. The mattresses and pillows do leave a lot to be desired but would definitely recommend this cottage

Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer.The location was perfect: safe quiet bay for using the kayak and paddleboat, close access to Brackley Beach, no noisy neighbours. Easy drive to major retailers.The cottage is charming and well-equipped. As grandparents, we made use of the games and puzzles with our grandsons, while our daughter and son-in-law enjoyed some peace in the bunkie.It was a perfect mini-vacation.

The property was nice. The house was clean and welcoming. Lots of privacy with nice views. With that being said. I personally would recommend some pillow mattress toppers for the beds. Those are the hardest beds we have ever slept on.

We loved our stay at Brackley Rose cottage. It was a quiet and peaceful location with an incredible view of Brackley Bay. We loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings and lounging around in the evening watching the sunsets. So beautiful!The cottage was perfect for 6 adults. The bunkie with its own bathroom was an excellent addition. The kitchen was well equipped and the cottage was cozy but spacious enough for all of us to hang out on a rainy day. The location was perfect! Only a 5 minute drive to a marvelous coffee shop (and a satellite for famous Richard’s - do not miss their lobster roll!). It was a short 6 minute drive to Brackley Beach. We will definitely return to this amazing place! Highly recommend!

Brackley Rose Cottage had a great view of the creek & small bay. We were entertained daily by osprey, 2 bald eagles & numerous Canadian geese.The cottage was immaculate & very well stocked with towels, dishes, pots, appliances, books & games. The cottage is well situated. Close to Brackley Beach (5 min), Charlottetown (25 min), Cavendish (25 min) & close to many good restaurants & artisan shops. Our host was prompt in communicating with us & answering our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brackley Rose Cottage.

The cottage and bunkhouse are very nice and clean with lots of supplies - perfect for our multigenerational trip. Excellent location too for the beaches and day trips to other island attractions. The only drawback was that there are a lot of mosquitoes around the property which kept us from spending time outside.

Brackley Rose cottage was beautiful! We really enjoyed the waterfront setting (not swimmable but the beach was only a 5-10 minute drive away). Well equipped, very clean, comfortable, private, and incredible view. Loved the kayak and ability to launch from property. The separate sleeping cabin was a bonus for our teen daughter. Property management was very responsive to our questions. Thank you!

Bayside Gem

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the quiet location and peaceful amazing view. It had enough space for our family of 5. Having the extra washroom was amazing even if it was out in the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse was a great getaway although we didn’t sleep out there. The service and communication were excellent. The breeze off the bay kept the bugs away most days. We loved staying there. The only downside was that the mattresses are all very firm. But it was very clean, well decorated and we were met with a gift basket. Also, the location allowed us to explore all over the island and we would recommend this place as a great value!!
