Great place to stay for a weekend away! We had a group of 4 staying here over a long weekend. The host was responsive and the place was very clean! A short drive/uber ride to downtown Austin.

Nice new construction. Fun layout with large living space and kitchen. Clean and well equipped. Found that a white noise maker was helpful for traffic which we only noticed middle of the night. Would stay again.

This place was wonderful!!!Very clean and communication with the host was excellent. We were there for our daughter’s graduation at UT and the location was perfect.We loved the layout of the house. Each bedroom has a nice bathroom and the master has a bath and shower combined!We had a great experience during our stay.

This property was perfect for what we needed. It is very close to all areas of downtown has a safe and secure, parking garage and getting in and out of the property was very easy. The property was clean and had some surprise features such as board games we could play with our kids.

My family and I were in town to visit with my niece and attend a UT home game. Instead of hotel rooms, we decided to do a house to spend more time together this trip. We are so happy that we made this decision. The house was wonderful! It had space that the six of us could be together and still have personal time apart. The amenities, rooftop deck, and room set ups were perfect. The master bathroom was exquisite. The house's proximity to the school and all of the things that we would need about town worked extremely well for us. And my brother-in-law was super happy that we had a garage that we could pull the car into for an added level of security. The host was always available for whatever questions we had. My only recommendation would be that along with the cleaning team that comes in, to have a handyman once a month or with whatever frequency works with bookings to check little things like loose door knobs and blinds that stick. Nothing major or noted by every guest, but could present an issue over time. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back.

I have nothing but great things to say about this host and this house. Such a beautiful house with all the amenities you need as well as a rooftop patio! Great location for all UT related events…we walked to the football stadium! The host was so kind and responsive the entire stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Austin!

Parking was easy and secure- our mini van fit in the garage with room to spare. Easy access to the Moody Center for graduation. We were able to walk and avoid having to uber. This property is also within walking distance to various spots to eat or grab quick essentials. There is some noise from the freeway that can be heard at night, but that’s to be expected with proximity. The neighborhood itself is incredibly quiet, and I felt comfortable walking around it solo. We appreciate the excellent and speedy communication from management. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Our son and his fiance were married in Austin last weekend and this location was perfect. Close enough to the rehearsal dinner at Moonshine and the wedding venue at Antone's. We had two other couples staying with us and there was something for everyone including shopping on South Congress Avenue and watching the sunset at Zilker Park with our friends and family. We enjoyed hanging out at the house too. The common area was perfect. Lots of room for us all. It was wonderful for each couple to have our own bathroom too! The different levels of the house made it nice to have some space to ourselves to get ready.We also appreciated the use of the garage to park our friend's rental car and stage some of the items we brought for the wedding.Our golden doodle was very happy too. It was a beautiful area for us to take him for walks. Thank you for helping make our time in Austin so enjoyable!
