Great space for a girls' trip

We loved the house and location, plenty of room for the 5 of us to eat, sleep, and hang out. Could have been cleaner.

Great for multiple families

We had a reunion with our adult kids and their kids. Great location, great layout, clean, bright and comfortable. Also -the little grassy front yard was great for the little ones and parking was easy. Highly recommend!

Great house! Great location!

We travel often to Austin and have come to love the East Side. We had a larger group this time and the house comfortably fit 8 adults. The house is in a great (quiet) neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed the MotoGP races during the day and easy Uber ride to the night life and 6th street. We would rent here again.

Bachelorette

This was a perfect house for my 12 girls!! We all had a comfortable place to sleep and the living room and kitchen area was big enough for all of us to hang out in! Everything was very clean and the palce was so modern and cute we loved it! The communication was very responsive and helpful with our questions. It was also pretty close to everything we had planned to do in Austin! Highly recommend this house, especially for a large group!

Great location and super quiet

The house was great for our large group. Everyone got a bed, and the location was great. We were never more than 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do. We were able to walk to a few places too, which was perfect. The only feedback I have for something to improve would be to increase the dining seating. There are a ton of beds, so you can host a lot of people, but there were only 4 seats around a dining table, so that wasn't ideal. Otherwise, a great house!

Great House (Lacking Amenities)

The house itself was great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group celebrating the bachelorette party. The cleanliness of the house and linens were lacking. Make sure to do a walkthrough prior to your guests arriving and request linens for the pullout beds and towels for the number of guests!

Family Wedding

10 minutes to the Allan House, very convenient to everyone and all are wedding activities. Crib wasn’t assembled but once we texted the host, they brought over a park n play quickly. Should just leave that in the house. Lots of space for our family. Could use more outdoor space for the kiddos but over enjoyed our time.

Just what we needed!

The location was ideal - close to airport and everything we planned to visit. Super easy to navigate to and from. Layout was right on - enough common space on the main floor for dining, relaxing and visiting coupled w plenty of privacy on the second and third floors. Loved the 3 full bathrooms - with 5 adults, it was perfect. Clean. Spacious. Convenient. The downsides for us were far less important than all the upsides stated above, but worth noting here just in case: the kitchen supplies are sparse! No oven mitts. One dish towel. No salt or pepper. No foil. The Guestspaces team sends ample pre-trip communications with clearly written instructions However, they send via a ‘no reply’ email. That wasn’t ideal. So we had no communication during our stay. The shower adjoining the large bedroom on the second floor does not drain. Never reached anyone to address it. Certainly didn’t stop us from enjoying the house!We would book again for sure!
