A sunny well appointed 50 sq metre approx apartment below the main house with private entry and good off street parking.
There is one queen bedroom, a separate lounge and a full kitchen all north facing and bordering the beach reserve and city walkway. All
bedding and towels are supplied.
The kitchen includes a front loader washing machine.
SKY TV and free Wi-Fi internet are provided, along with
complimentary Tea and coffee etc.
Using the Walkway it's a 2 min walk to East End and Fitzroy Surf Clubs, New Plymouth Boardriders Club and Fitzroy Bowling Club.
15 min walk to centre of town.
No cleaning charge.

New Plymouth weekend

The location of the property was perfect for us - close to the city and right beside the walkway. We were warmly welcomed and the property offered all the facilities we sought. We highly recommend this property.

Ideal spot for a short stay

A very pleasant, clean, well-appointed and ideally-located vacation property, with a delightful host. Its proximity to the beach and the coastal walkway couldn't be bettered.
