Fantastic location meant we could walk everywhere and catch a glimpse of the sea from the deck. Plenty of beds, seats, kitchen requirements and bathrooms. Warm, comfortable and great drive-on access.

Winter beach break

A great house for a week with grandchildren, close to beach, playground shops, buses and other amenities. Even if wet plenty of room and not too far to pool, movies. Our 2nd stay here & love it

Beautiful place

It was lovely to stay in such a wonderful place. The beach was within walking distance and so were heaps of shops. We also got lucky with beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the beach. The weather was perfect 🥰.

Comfortable stay

A very spacious and comfortable house for our family. Very close to the beach and shops and cafes etc. It had eveything we needed including the portacot and highchair for the 6 mth old

Winter beach break with grandchildren

Perfect location, close to beach , playground, shops & getting to movies, Te Papa museum. Accomodation was great, warm, plenty of room, good kitchen, good outdoor space & also garage which was used for play when too wet for outdoors. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location

Tge location was great for us as we live walking along beaches. Handy for trips to Kapiti Island. Paraparaumu Beach villages has lots on offer. Genny our host was fantastic answering virtually straight away. Enjoyed our stay

Weekend away

Great location, clean, tidy, as described. Upstairs main bedrooms are comfortable, downstairs bedrooms are small, but tidy and functional. All of the amenities of Paraparaumu Beach town almost at the doorstep.

HI June, Im not sure what you mean by misleading on amount of beds? You booked for five adults, so we moved one set of bunks out of the downstairs bedroom and put in a king single bed which is more comfortable for adults. there were more than 5 beds for your group.??

By the sea in Paraparaumu

This is a fantastic family home for a larger group, bedrooms and bathrooms aplenty. Virtually across the road from the beach (a Thai Restaurant and cafe in between) and 3 minutes to the shops. Perfect location. Everything there you need, clean, easy booking. Thank you for a wonderful few days in your lovely home Genny.

A fabulous stayl

If you like a spacious house with views of the sea, this place is perfect for you. Great decks and a large lounge and kitchen make for a relaxing stay. The house is well equipped with all you need for entertaining. Comfortable beds and an extra fridge! You will love it.

This property is outstanding. Has a great seaview from the dining room window and only a short stroll to the beach and the shops. Communication from the host Genny was excellent. Absolutely highly recommend.

Family gathering

Great place to stay for a girls' weekend. Wonderful lounge, well laid out kitchen, comfortable beds especially upstairs, 3 toilets a bonus! Really quiet and soundproof. The downstairs rooms are okay but the one with the single bed is very small. Superb location.
