This unit is right on the beach of Tata with amazing views of Tata Island the the wonderful Golden Bay.

The unit has 3 bedrooms and is open plan and fully equipped including the outdoor furniture and Gas BBQ supplied.

Tata Beach offers great swimming at any tide and is well known for its Golden Sands and great water sports that we all love over the summer.

Tata Beach is a 15 minute drive from Takaka township which has many cafe, bars and resturants along with lots of local Art Galleries.

Budget friendly no frills holiday home

Overall we thought it was good value for money for the location but we felt it was a little dated and could benefit from a bit of maintenance and better quality bedding and linen. The most valuable aspect is the proximity to the beach.

Wonderful family getaway with a well-stocked kitchen , comfy couches and a table large enough to do a big puzzle on the rainy days. Kayak rental place is very convenient and the kids enjoyed beach combing.

A quaint old (1960ish) motel feel. But well appointed. Right on the idyllic Tata beach front. This is our 3rd stay & always hate to leave

Comfortable and convenient. We were i one unit of 4 and it may be less private when the other units were being used Right on the beach. The bach was just as listed with big kitchen and 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. May be a bit cold in winter
