Quite simply one of the best places we've stayed. Beautifully designed, built and maintained seaside- style house with lovely view out to Bay of Islands. Convenient to get into Paihia and local attractions particularly Waitingi Treaty Grounds and Russell. Fab place.

The view, cleanliness, and had everything we needed.The driveway was steep - not a problem , but the entrance to the driveway was a bit narrow - good job we didn't bring the boat!and the property has a flight of stairs and us ladies have arthritic knees! but apart from that , it was lovely.thank you for a great stay.

Great ocean views, nice kitchen, comfortable beds. Short but steep walk into town. Driveway and garage is a tight fit for large vehicle. Washer and dryer very convenient.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location to explore the northlands. Beautiful home and views. Walking back from town is very doable but requires a little stamina.
