Nestled in the heart of Lake Arrowhead Village, our luxury cabin is the perfect balance between serenity in the woods and convenient access to all that downtown Lake Arrowhead has to offer. Relax in the mountain vibes of our gorgeous A-frame cabin with high vaulted ceilings, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and stunning floor to ceiling views of the forest. There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a king size bed and the other with XL twin bunk beds, both share a full bathroom. On the second level, there is a private master suite with king bed, full bathroom, and loft area perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. In the bottom of the house, there is a bonus living area set up as a game room complete with a pool table and board games. Our cabin is situated at the end of a private road that connects to plenty of dirt access roads that you can wander off into and take in all the mountain fresh air and whispering pines. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set thermostat too 55 degrees Fahrenheit (if furnace was used). Put the patio cushions back inside the cabin.
Close and lock all windows. Put the BBQ cover on the grill (if used) and turn off the propane gas. Cover the pool table. Ensure no water is running in the sinks and showers.
Dispose of your trash: either take it home or drop it off at the Rim of the World High School (Sat. & Sun.). Hours of Operation: 8 AM-3 PM. Address: 27400 CA-18, Lake Arrowhead. Customer # 1036024
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
As a precaution to anyone with pet allergies, property owners do have small dogs. Thorough cleanings are performed after each stay.
There will be no refunds for inconveniences such as power outages, adverse road and/or weather conditions, acts of god, or pandemics.
Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. Arrowhead Lake Association only allows access to beaches, trails, and docks to homeowners, not vacation rentals.
