Lake Villa 3 Bedroom in Kingston

We hope our holiday home and facilities will allow you an enjoyable and carefree stay. Our holiday villa is equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable home away from home experience; all for your personal use. The house is an older style Kiwi Villa that has been modernized. The villa has been redecorated and refurbished including new carpets, flooring's, beds, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. There is a Mitsubishi Hypecore heat pump/air-conditioner in the lounge to keep you cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. The bedrooms also include radiators and electric blankets. The house has been rewired and re-plumbed and, It offers a mains pressure hot water cylinder if you like a good shower. The villa offers amazing views of the lake and surrounding mountains from the lounge, kitchen and main bedroom. The large decking has great views of the lake and we have an outdoor kwila table setting and a gas barbecue for outdoor dining. The house includes free unlimited VDSL Wi-Fi.
Nearby the local cafe offers breakfast, meals, and takeaways. Kingston is a very scenic place and is a perfect place to chill out and go for a stroll along the lake. Kingston has a uniquely Kiwi feel and has the convenience of only being a short 35-40 min scenic drive alongside Lake Wakatipu to downtown Queenstown. We have a smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime available for your enjoyment.

Relaxing Lakeside Views

Large older style house with every item necessary for a comfortable stay. Only 25 minutes drive to the airport and the best shopping in the area. Good option for day travel to Te Anau, Manapouri lakes and Milford Sound from here. Kingston Flier a must also.

Comfortable home in a quiet area with beautiful lake & mountain views. Located close enough to Queenstown to be able to take advantage of activities there. Hosts responded promptly to all questions.

Comfortable, beautiful, easy access to Queenstown and other areas of interest. Lost power one night but returned after 4-5 hours. We definitely recommend it. Could use new main bedroom mattress.

Short Stay In New Zealand

The house was exactly as seen in pictures, it was very cozy and comfortable. We had a pretty busy schedule of activities so did not spend a whole lot of time at the house but was very comfortable when we returned from a busy day and needed to unwind and sleep. Ian was very helpful with his communication about his property and was good at suggesting things for us to do prior to our booking and arrival. We were very pleased with our the house and area that we stayed in, very quiet and beautiful!

We could not have asked for a better spot to stay. Everything was just as we expected from the pics and more! Ideal location with a view of the lake, all amenities in a great condition and standard. Even if the cold creeps in you are geared up with heaters, electric blankets etc. We would def stay here again if we had the opportunity. Thanks for sharing this home with us.

Unterkunft mit Toller Aussicht auf den See und Bergen

Die Unterkunft ist groß und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den See. Sie liegt direkt neben einer seltenen befahrenen Straße. Ein Boots Club ist direkt davor, dort wurde am Wochenende gearbeitet. Leider war die Unterkunft sehr Staubig und wir hatten nach unserer Ankunft noch einiges gereinigt, dies war sehr enttäuschend...
