Stunning ocean facing property

The chalet -set by the sea and backed by the hills.

This large property is ready for your next relaxed,comfy beach holiday.
Great for a large family or group of friends wanting to unwind and enjoy the wonderful wainui beaches.
With massive opening doors out to the deck you also have panoramic views of the ocean
Watch the sun rise right outside!
The Chalet (Okitu) is more at the north end of Wainui Beach. To the south stroll along to "Pines" where the local surf club patrols during the summer and then a bit further along take a walk at low tide to Tuahine point( a derelict lighthouse) and around the rocks.
To the north you can take the track or beach and discover the historic sperm whale grave site and then continue up the hill to take in the magnificent views of Wainui settlement,Makarori and Mahia peninsular.

In walking distance down the road there is a great dairy with all your supply needs PLUS great ice cream!!

Town is a short 5 min drive away with plenty of cafes,bars and spots to soak up the sun and take in the scenery on offer.

If less than 4 night booking please ask - we are negotiable during off peak times.
Please note that the apartment you are requesting is the downstairs only portion - upstairs is NOT part of the request.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn aircon /heatpump off. Leave duvet covers on but strip USED beds of sheets .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
OPEN FIRE PLACE in lounge is NOT available for use by guests ,safety issue with sparks . Log burner is available if weather cold and heat pump.
PLEASE read the information on kitchen bench re WEBER BBQ (basic instructions ) Make sure Umbrellas are taken down and covered when not in use .
