We had a beautiful break staying In this homely whare. Linda was great at communicating everything prior to our arrival, it was so easy to find & access everything. I travelled alone with 2 kids and a baby and it was perfect for us.The whole home was Clean and tidy, the view was amazing to wake up to, the kids loved how close the beach was they went picking pippis, shell gathering, big area for the kids to play, lots of parking. The fire place was perfect at night Thank you for having us stay in your humble abode. It felt private and was very relaxing for us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely book again.

Really enjoyed our stay fireplace was cozy & bed was so comfortable, house was lovely & clean Hosts communication was good as we had trouble with the TV. To be able to have our dog there as well was a bonus ! Beautiful views from the lounge & bedroom overall had a great weekend

Very interesting place to stay. Original kiwi Bach but with all mod cons. We were disappointed there was no wood left for the fire but we're warned before we arrived. The view over the harbour was fantastic. Dog loved it too.

This is a cute retro styled bach in a quiet corner of the Hokianga. Well appointed, clean and right on the water. It is a little tired, but that was not an issue for us. Everything worked as it should.The location was easy to find and the hosts were awesome.

What a beautiful stay we had with my family. Spent the Kings birthday weekend here. Very cozy, comfortable Bach right on the beach. We absolutely loved it here. Very old style Bach and we weren't fussed that it wasn't modern. It has a fire place which I would prefer over a heat pump. Hoping to come back again soon. Thank you for having us.

This is a quaint old cottage with vintage vibes located on the waterfront in a quiet bay. There was a nice fireplace, which we lit, plenty of hot water and views of the ocean. When the tide comes, you can hear it lapping against the bank.

Great location by the water

Beautiful views and location. The house is old but clean and tidy. We enjoyed a nice weekend here and made use of the fireplace in this cooler weather!

Winter Stay

Beautifully scenery, bach is a kiwi gem. Cosy with the fire, great shower and lots of indoor games to tie you over on a rainy day. Close to lots of beautiful spots to relax.
