We keep coming back to this house. It’s warm, well appointed and clean. The car space and single level is a big plus …. No trying to get bags up narrow staircases.

From the booking and communication with the host through to the stay, everything was smooth and pleasant. The presentation of the house and location were excellent. We enjoyed the range of restaurants & cafes nearby and the walks along the river to city central. Highly recommended.

Secure off street parking in an easy to drive to location. Very private and always a delight to be able to stay here. Host is an excellent communicator. We love this place as a ‘home base’ when in Christchurch.

This was an absolute TOP stay and can't be beaten in terms of value for money! They cottage has been done up to a very high standard - including double glazing in beautiful wooden sash windows. It was REALLY cosy and warm for our winter stay. The beds had high quality linens, there was underfloor heating and the shower was great! Instructions to guests were very clear. All in all, we felt like royalty. Thanks SO much for making your place available. We LOVED it!
