We had a lovely stay, although we didn't bring out dog this time, we would definitely stay at this lovely place in the future as it is pet friendly.This lovely pleace has absolutely everything you need and more!So close to the beach and shops and feels safe and secure. Although parking was on the road front, there was always a park and it was safe and secure.

Perfect little townhouse

Very smart as new lovely townhouse, everything we needed. Lovely little courtyard. Just across the road from the beach and New Brighton Pier. Communications from owner were excellent. Would thoroughly recommend and would stay again.

This property was exactly as advertised and we'd stay here again.Lots of storage area for luggage.Desk on the 2nd floor was handy.We liked the area, it was a good landing place to spend a few days and made a shift into the New Zealand time zone.Late February the area was quiet, and nice to be across the road from the Beach for walking.

Very modern one bedroom appt. Suitable for 1 or 2 people and a small dog. No parking provided. Only really an issue packing in and out.

Brighton Beach

The property is secure, very clean and well appointed, close to countdown, hotpools and the beach. Points to note; it's a two story apartment so there are stairs. No off street car parks but parking was always available nearby and free. Good value for money.

Nice place but communication bad

Dryer didn’t work and it didn’t get fixed while we were there. We left with wet clothes. Check in was bad because there wasn’t any instructions when we got there and had to wait 20mins to get a response from owner. Everything else was nice though.
