A beautifully restored two bedroom 1880’s settlers cottage offers a blend of historic character with modern comforts nestled in a private setting, just a short distance from the city where you can visit local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars . The home features an open plan living area with modern kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy a coffee in the morning or cold beverage and barbecue in the evening.
Special conditions:
Children over 9 welcome.
Access down sloping path and steps may not suit disabled.
Stairway to loft not suitable for elderly or infirm.
Upstairs not suitable for small children .
Please leave the cottage clean and tidy.
No parties.
