Just as good as the reviews say … comfortable place with brilliant views, great for long walks on the beach and relaxing while looking at the view. We walked to Arc brewery with our dog for a pint a pizza for dinner and took a scenic drive to Carey’s Bay hotel for lunch the following day.
Loved this classic kiwi bach, had that great family bach charm from the old days, with some modern conveniences. Perfectly positioned overlooking Warrington beach, with easy beach access. Loved the views of the beach from the lounge & deck, just stunning! We felt super relaxed staying there, even for our short stay of 5x nights Highly recommend for a classic kiwi holiday!
So special to have a grandstand view of the beach. Hours were spent watching the comings and goings of the surf, the people and the wildlife from the comfort of the living room. Love that the old-school crib vibe has been maintained.
Great wee cottage, had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy and awesome swivel rocking chairs to relax in while taking in the amazing views. Beach access straight across the road. Had the next couple of days here.
We were very impressed with the accommodation and the location! Beaut views across Warrington beach. A great winter getaway.. I’m sure it would be even better in the warmer months.
Lovely view, great spot, Sandy was an awesome communicator. We had a lovely stay and would definately go back. Everything was there that you needed.

Why they chose this property
This property was originally purchased by the owners grandparents in 1933. The original house burnt down in the 1950's and the crib was built by the owners father in the late 60's. It is a special property to our family and has been enjoyed by several generations. We enjoy sharing our special part of the world.
