Such an enjoyable vacation!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at en soleil! Kim’s condo had all the amenities to make our stay a comfortable one! Just a short distance from the condo, to the parking garage, and to the beautiful sandy beach! We will definitely be booking with Kim’s condos again in the future!

This property is amazing, it is so quiet, no big crowds, and never had to wait for the elevator.The unit itself has been updated since the pictures, there is more furniture on the balcony.It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The bedroom. Carpets need to be cleaned, the kitchen could have used a little more effort, cabinet doors had.The broiler does not work in the oven and it takes about an hour to heat it up.The second bath drained water very slowly so when showering the water would back up in the tub,The laundry room is amazing!My favorite surprise was in the kitchen. The pictures show a wine fridge which actually has been replaced with an ice maker! This was a great addition! Plenty of ice for the cooler.We had a great week in this lovely, huge, comfortable condo. I would stay here again.

Condo and facilities were great!

Owner was easy to work with and prompt with responses. Location was good, complex is very secure. Wearing plastic bracelets seemed unnecessary for the week considering the security staff knows who you are. The main pool wasn’t operating during our stay, would have been nice to be notified about that ahead of time. The condo itself was great! Would stay there again for sure. However I would suggest it could provide more than 1 dish towel and more start up supplies like dishwasher tabs, tp, laundry soap, etc. None of that was available upon our arrival.

Great experience.

This property is as advertised with no unpleasant surprises. It was comfortable and clean. Our contact person with Kim’s Condos was very responsive, answering all my questions promptly, and the check-in process was smooth as could be. Some advice; never stay in a unit where you have to check in at Edgewater, Resort Collections. Our sons did and it was unbelievably unpleasant. Makes me appreciate the Kim’s Condos process even more!
