Stunning oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at Edgewater Tower 1 Sleeps 8

This condo has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a queen and a double. There are two full bathrooms. Located in the highly sought after Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. It is located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor just steps from of the elevator. The panoramic wall of windows in the living room and dining room offer a breath taking view of the ocean and the main pool at the resort. You will enjoy having your morning coffee on the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. This condo sleeps 8. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and a private master bathroom with double vanities. Second bedroom offers a queen size and a full bed with access to the hall bathroom. Should you have small children, we have a pack n play for your use.
Kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with kitchen wear including a Keurig machine.
Living room has plenty of seating on the queen size sleeper sofa. You may also want to enjoy the view from the swivel chairs by the windows.
Full size HE washer and dryer are available in the unit for your use. We provide some beach towels.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is a gated community with security, lots of parking and just a few steps to the tower. Arrivals and Departures are convenient and easy with covered entrance for loading and unloading with luggage carts available for use.
Resort has one of the best restaurants on Front Beach Road, “Oceans” at the resort right outside your door.
This condo is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
Once you have experience all that Edgewater has to offer, you won’t want to stay anywhere else!
After your booking is complete, approximately 2 weeks before your stay we will email you a link to register you and your party with the complex. This verification will be your receipt for the gate manager who will issue you your parking passes. Upon registering, a $50/parking resort fee will be required by Edgewater. Wrist band must be worn for 12 years and older, these will be located in your unit.

This was the nicest unit we have stayed in at Edgewater. The view was great and the unit had the nicest decor. Comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed.

It was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and it fits the word "stunning" as indicated on VRBO. We all said it is one of the nicest places we have stayed at.We would like to suggest that there could be more hand towels in the bathroom, as there was only 1 per sink. We did have the 3 metal pans, I.E: pizze pan. They were all used and put back into the cupboard unwashed. Also to check out the bedroom TVs as make sure they are working. These were very minor and it is not meant to be a negative. We loved our stay with you!

Do Not Rent from this owner!I rented three rooms. Both other rooms quickly welcomed us and checked in. But nothing from Steve. I had reached out myself right away because we could not check in because he did not set up our parking pass and I had to do so. Ok all fine. I guess that is how some owners do it. But really he could have told us. Also when I reached out to him he had someone call me that didn’t know my name or what it was regarding, only Steve asked her to call me. So getting to the complaint, our room was VERY dirty. Long black hairs in our bed, dishes that very dirty that clearly had been put away not washed. Crumbs and hair all in the kitchen drawers. Cook pans that we could not even cook breakfast in. Warped and the handle falling off. Dried macaroni and cheese on the pleather couch. No vacuum at all. We rented for 8 days and you all know even if you try to rinse sand off from the beach you will bring it in. So I texted Steve and asked about a vacuum and he said there is a broom and a dust pan. (I seen the very dirty full of hair cheap Dollar General broom) This owner does not respond and does not care about your stay. Everything in the condo is very cheap and old and dirty. I was hoping he would want some feed back but not even a courtesy call back to my request. I have never experienced such disrespect from an owner. I ended up borrowing my daughters vacuum and many others things through out the week from her room we rented. Still no response from the owner.

Tammy was a highly challenging guest to host. Communication was aggressive from the start, and she failed to read or follow the pre-arrival check-in instructions provided a week in advance, which led to self-inflicted delays at the security gate. Despite this, we tried to accommodate her with an uncharged early check-in at 3:00 PM, as another guest had just left, who coincidentally left a 5 star review. She disregarded the agreed check-in time and entered the property early anyway at 2:00 PM, interrupting our cleaning crew while they were still working. ​While we tried to remain accommodating throughout her stay and communicated numerous times with her, we were deeply disappointed by the condition in which she left the condo. Multiple new area rugs, window curtains, and two full bedding sheet sets were badly stained, requiring extensive, heavy-duty laundering and deep cleaning to salvage. My cleaning crew was appalled. They called me and sent me pictures. The rugs were brand new. It is clear there was a complete lack of respect for our property. Im not sure if she was just complaining to try and get a discount. We strongly do not recommend hosting Tammy to any other VRBO owners. We have proudly maintained a 5-star rating for 4 years by providing an exceptional experience. While we always welcome constructive feedback, we cannot tolerate guests who ignore check-in policies, disrupt our cleaning staff, and cause significant stains and damage to our linens, curtains, and rugs.
