Clean, comfortable house in good location convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Great size for our 2 families meeting up for a holiday. Really well stocked house with everything we could want - lots of plates, cutlery, cups, cooking utensils, etc etc. Sheets and towels provided. Nice decor and comfortable beds. Good sized lounge and kitchen / dining area. Plenty of parking.

The property was well presented and of a high standard. Our group of 8 people really enjoyed our stopover there.4 start rating due to lack of bedroom furnishings/wardrobes in all bedrooms and driveway prone to flooding. (Car in 5cm water after overnight rainfall).

Handy to Redwoods bike park. Loved the nespresso machine which was a novelty for us and garage. The manager responded quickly and fixed one small fault. Definitely reccomend for a biking group.

Girls Trip

A great little space. Super warm. Showers are awesome, beds were cosy, just would suggest thicker curtains to block out the street light. Easy to find and close to the Redwoods where we based most of our activities for the weekend.

Lovely Home

Our family really enjoyed staying at this home It certainly met all our needs and was a clean and lovely inside. We do have one suggestion that is the mattresses could be a bit softer.

Easy to check in and great communication from the owners, was a cozy home and easily accessible for what we needed, great comfy beds.My only critique would be, the house could do with a bit of a deep scrub, especially one of the bathrooms, roof was covered in mould and both shower drains are in need of being unblocked.

Rotorua Short Stay

Great location, just far enough away from the city centre to avoid the hubbub but close enough to drive in. Cosy and lots of sleeping room for family. It was tidy and clean and convenient for our group and the things they wanted to do and see while in Rotorua. Highly recommend to families.

Smooth and easy check in, clean and comfortable property, excellent facilities. An ideal stopover for our group of four separate adults. Some blockout curtains would be a useful add for the front bedrooms - that's one bright streetlight !

Comfortable and had everything you need for a holiday bach. Great location as easy to get to all the things to do in Rotorua. There were 5 of us all 50+ and we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if going to Rotorua.

Warm and quiet

Quiet suburban street with easy access to the main road making getting around town straight forward. We stayed on a cold winters night, with temperature dropping to 2 degrees Celsius. The heat pump in the living area and bedroom kept our family nice and warm!
