Jerry was lovely, brought us some fresh eggs, showed us around with his 2 dogs. I didnt think I would need the washer and dryer but we did! That was a bonus. Thanks!

Beautiful quiet little place to stay with your pets. Large area to let pets run around supervised. Quick walk down road to Lake front walk with dogs. Very nice and quiet, no road noise. Excellent hoists and some lovely fresh eggs on arrival.

The accomodation was very pleasant and easy to access. The kitchen was well supplied and all rooms were very comfortable. We had problems using the clothes dryer and this may need servicing.

A lovely location for a long weekend, was perfect for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Short walk to a nice lake front walk. Jerry is a great host, most welcoming and the fresh eggs provided on arrival beautiful.

Nice quiet private area with attractions within 10 minutes. Lovely of hosts to let us have early check-in and late check-out even though not used and enough space for 3 of us adults to spread out. The host's cute dogs were hillarious. Handy having the kitchen for easy meals

Great Cottage, peaceful and quiet! Wonderful hosts, loved the fresh eggs. Tv was playing up so Jerry replaced it with a new one promptly. Great spot, short walk to the lake front walking path, and golf course. Short drive to Rotorua city centre.

Again great stay

This property is amazing for me and my family have stayed there 4 times now, greeted by owners and there very friendly dogs on arrival. Great hosts great location always a go to place for us when going to Rotorua.
