About this property

1 minute flat walk to beach and ramp. Open plan lounge,dining room & kitchen.

Please read the description in full..... Fisherman's paradise at 723 Rangiputa Road. Excellent boat ramp for launching boats in all weather. Crystal clear water with beautiful white sand. You would think you are in the Islands. Super safe swimming for children. There is one outside CCTV camera looking down the driveway. Big spacious home. Open plan living kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen has enough utensils for 10 guests plus a load in the dishwasher. The 2 bathrooms which have a shower, hand basin and toilet in each. Linen is included in price. 3 bedrooms. Large pergola to sit under at lunch time or having late afternoon drinks. Outdoor cold water shower to rinse off. There is a spare fridge/freezer and a chest freezer in the garage for the extra food, drinks and bait. Lots of room for the boat trailer parking, a garage for the car or kayaks. Filleting table/sink with wash down tap. There is a large smoker should you wish to try your hand at smoking your catch. Close to 90mile beach and just a stones throw from Puheke Beach. 10 minute drive to petrol, dairy, fish and chip shop . No Tents, No PETS or Parties. No more than 10 PEOPLE.
PLEASE strip all beds that have been used and remake beds with clean linen.
LINEN and TOWELS ETC SUPPLIED and would appreciate before leaving the Bach, if you could wash and hang on clothes line AS WE GO TO THE BACH BETWEEN STAYS.

Extras: Linen (included); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave. Please take your rubbish with you. We are charging a CLEANING FEE OF $150 if it is left clean and tidy we will reimburse the $150.

Nice Comfortable Short stay

Didn't do anything beachy. Unfortunately we were there to attend National conference for Maori womens Welfare League 2025.This year conference was hosted by Tai Tokerau and we were working as we were part of the host from Dargaville. Accomodation became a problem with 10 attending from Dargaville. I decided we were better off with book a bach & 3 stayed at White Sands next door. It was so lovely to return in the evening to the sea breezey air and the location was paradise. Thank you for an amazing relaxing atmosphere for our 7.30am starts and long days 6.pm.

This property was perfect for a family catchup the house was spacious in all areas.Access to the beach and the boat ramp were 2 minutes away.Great facilities outside for fisherman including a smoke house.Would highly reccomend

Great property and location. All cleaning information was clear on site prior to booking but just saying found in reality it hard to wash sheets for beds and get away at a decent time with travelling long distance. But had a great time. Thanks.

Is a beautiful place, Rangiputa. The house was a good size and a good layout for our 2 families. It could have been a lot cleaner.. The vacuum cleaner provided didn't work very well which would explain the house not being as clean as it should have been. But other than being a bit picky on the cleanliness, the location and the house itself was perfect for our stay and will be keen to come again.

We liked the spacious rooms and it was good to hang out in the house even in the wet weather, our only dislike was that the couches really could do with a clean. We ended up putting our towels down on them before sitting down. Apart from that, all was good.

Comfortable stay

Handy spot, comfortable and clean. I'm in a power wheelchair. It is one level, but I needed my little portable ramp to get the lip into the house. The living rooms and bedrooms were spacious but turning into rooms from the hall was a tight squeeze but manageable. I knew the shower was not a flat access and although difficult for us to use, we managed. A plastic chair was thoughtfully already in the shower for us. Thank you.

Great place for relaxing and fishing.

Bach is ideal for a break,close to beach and boat ramp. Just take your food and clothes,everything you require is in the bach. Will definitely be back. Boys had 2 great days fishing before weather changed..
