Absolutely loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The views and beach were amazing. The house was perfect for our needs. We had great communication with Margaret who allowed us to check out late. Will happily stay again.

A nice and calm stay

We stayed to relax for some days, before leaving for Europe again after some 6 weeks travelling around NZ. We especially enjoyed the beaches around and the local winery, including the ajoining restaurant, which we highly recommend.

A lovely place, over the road from a beautiful beach. The house was immaculate and the hosts had thought of everything to make staying there simple and easy. We had such a relaxing week, thanks so much.

Very comfortable and very very clean

We love Tokerau beach area and we were very lucky to come across this beautiful bach.Margaret vas very helpful and our trip was well organised.We found the place as described.After days of fishing we always enjoyed staying there .We loved the beautiful view over the bay and comfy chairs.

This place was absolutely perfect. It has everything you could possibly want and more when going on holiday. We were sad to leave but definitely going back. Margaret the owner was amazing to deal with, easy instructions on where everything is and how to work it. We caught some nice snapper off the beach just across the road, using our drone! We highly recommend this beautiful home, you won’t be disappointed

Home away from home

An extremely well appointed bach, clean and homely with lovely views of the bay. The host, who was generous and caring, kept in contact and communication was good. It would have been idyllic if we had chosen a quieter time of year. The road in front was quite busy with souped up cars and quad bikes. But we still had a good break.

Fabulous

This may be the best holiday home we have ever stayed in. Property is of the highest quality and location is perfect with panoramic views of Doubtless Bay. Open plan kitchen/dinner/lounge, perfect for families. Kitchen appliances all modern and every type of utensils are available. Beds very comfortable with a vista from the master bedroom. When we are next back in NZ, we definitely will look to come back. Thank you so much for such a great experience.

Lovely Modern Home

Everything you need (except for an umbrella on the decks). Just a short walk to the beach and easy base to explore other locations on the beautiful Karikari Peninsular. Very clean and modern with well stocked kitchen utensils. The only draw back was having to read through the instruction manual to operate the oven - which I found tricky! I can recommend the property.
