The interior is stylish; top of the range Ashley & Co bathroom amenities, Nespresso coffee maker and other special touches are all yours to enjoy. Linen is crisp white hotel-quality and the apartment is serviced by professional and meticulous housekeepers.
Access to two gyms, indoor lap pool, spa pool/hot tub/sauna and outdoor tennis court make this the ultimate luxury stay. North facing, with all day sun, this apartment is set at the back of a huge courtyard, quiet and private for an inner city apartment, yet provides true resort living in the heart of the CBD.
Five to 20 minutes walk away you'll find: Auckland Ferry and cruise terminals, Britomart train and bus transport hub, our famous waterfront and Ponsonby's colourful, eclectic streetlife. The Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter are both renowned for their cafes, restaurants, vibrant nightlife and harbour buzz. Britomart, with all its boutiques, city green spaces, bars and restaurants is just five minutes away. Sky City Casino, Auckland Convention Centre and award winning bars, restaurants and cafes are also just a few minutes walk.
Just five minutes drive to the main highway junction: choose to head north over the Harbour Bridge to stunning beaches and holiday resorts, West to our beautiful wild, black sand beaches such as Piha or South to famous Rotorua. A 10 minute drive or cycle will get you to Tamaki Drive renowned for famous waterfront and golden beaches, cafes and restaurants.

We loved staying at this well located apartment! Everything was clean, well equipped and very comfortable for 2 couples. Jane and Roger were amazing hosts and would highly recommend staying here!
The apartment was lovely and very well located. Access was a little confusing at the beginning and we did experience elevator problems but the apartment was certainly good value and c perfect for 2 couples sharing.
The apartment is lovely and clearly up to or better than our expectations. The location is ideal - a short walk down to the Queens wharf.And Jane, our host, was very helpful and responsive to questions and special requests. We were able to drop our luggage off well before check in which was a huge benefit.
Wow - beautiful accommodations! The apartment is very stylish, immaculate and has loads of room. The balcony and back patio was a treat to enjoy a nice glass of wine. Owner was very attentive to any needs we had. Best VRVO unit we have every stayed at.

Once we figured out the parking and the area we really enjoyed our stay in Auckland. The locationwas great and we enjoyed walking downtown to the many shops and places to eat. Never been to Auckland before and this was a great place that was centrally located and convenient to see a lot.
From weeks prior to arriving, Jane was very helpful with detailed information and advice, always providing a prompt reply to any questions. The availability of a carpark was extremely useful, the kitchen well stocked and the location ideal for the wharf and the viaduct.We had a great stay thank you.
We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was very nice and we love how it opened to the balcony. The location is perfect. It's close to lots of restaurants, the wharf and all the ferries.

Wonderful host, cool historical building, and terrific location for access to waterfront and various neighborhoods and activities. Great pools and hot tubs, gym access. The balcony is great though it looks out onto a garage (fine with us, just good to know in order to manage expectations :-).
This was perfect for our 3 month stay. Walking distance to everything including the ferry and train station. The hosts were extremely helpful with many suggestions of where to go around town. If you are looking for a great stay this is it.
We had a wonderful stay in Auckland and Jane was an incredible host! The condo was perfect and beautifully decorated. She had wonderful advice on the city and I would definitely recommend!!!!
Great central location walking distance to everything, clean and bright, very comfortable. Proximity to Sky Tower made for easy navigation home, too. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days in Auky. This apartment was comfy and clean and located in a great part of town, walkable to all the things. Key pick up was easy. The balcony with a dining table was terrific for a quiet dinner. We would have loved to stay longer. And the host has the best brochure of any VRBO I have ever stayed in. A great summary of how everything works!
Had a wonderful time with family, the apartment was central enough to walk everywhere. Handy to supermarkets, shops & eateries.
The apartment is beautifully presented and having two pools made it even more appealing. Appreciated the car park!

I'm lucky enough to live in one of the world's greatest cities and with family in London and NY, need no excuse to head to the other side of the world! My husband Roger and I got the travel bug five years ago (once we'd done our bit raising three daughters) and fell in love with Italy and the south of Portugal. At home we love boating, fishing, cycling and motorcycling (Roger 's thing) ... and are more than enthusiastic about our food and wine! The weekends will find us discovering new and old experiences in and around Auckland, or visiting our Coromandel bach for a spot of fishing, paddle boarding and casual entertaining.

We love the large, sunny covered garden terrace, beautifully planted with quality outdoor furniture - perfect for al fresco dining. Our guests tell us this is one of the best apartments in the inner city - in particular they really appreciate the 'Insider's Guide to Auckland' we've put together; all our favourite things to eat, do and see in and around our gorgeous city.
