Nice 2 bedroom apartment in Auckland. Great central location, near the University, the harbor, and lots of tourist locations. The apartment was clean and comfortable—perfect for two people to share. Communications with the host were easy; the only downside was that we arrived very late at night and had to retrieve the key from a lockbox down the street. It was a simple process with good instructions, and our Uber driver waited while we did so, otherwise we would have had to drag our suitcases up the hill at 1 AM. Not a problem, but definitely something to be aware of.

Plus points - proximity to Spark Arena and Viaduct, 2 bathrooms, lots of cups etc, online clear check in and check out instructions. Spotless bedroom and bathrooms. And good space for 4 people overall.Chocolate in the fridge as well as milk was a nice touch.Down sides, building is very tired, corridor and lift was filthy. Apartment cleanliness was ok in the living area, there were broken items and whilst minor it was annoying that although we raised the issue of the remotes not working no resolution was offered by the host (we bought new batteries).

I’m glad the location, bedroom and bathrooms, extra cups, clear check-in/out instructions, and the small extras in the fridge worked well for your stay. I apologize the living area cleanliness and broken items fell short and that the remote issue was not resolved during your visit. We will replace or repair the damaged items and check all remotes and batteries so this does not happen again. We appreciate your feedback about the building corridors and lift and will pass this to building management for attention. Thank you again for the helpful comments.

Loved the property , but I can’t believe you guys have to deal with zodiac properties . They’re the most careless, unprofessional and unfriendly people I’ve ever dealt with in my life .
