We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was equipped well for our self catering stay. Very comfortable. Good air con. The supermarket is just around the corner. Just 20 mins by car to to the city. We found parking there for 12 day just close to the citadel. Great for sightseeing. We also went to Wendake First Nation museum Montmorency park and to the island. The hot tub is not available, but this did not spoil our stay. The little black squirrel was so cute, we couldn’t stop watching him/ her. Thank you Christian for a great stay at your property.

This rental was advertised as an entire house, but upon arrival we discovered that the owner’s daughter lives in the basement. Because the sound insulation is very poor, we could hear almost everything, which meant there was very little privacy. We were also charged an additional fee for our dog, even though the listing states that pets are allowed. In addition, the living room furniture is outdated and quite uncomfortable. Had we known these details in advance, we would have chosen a different place. Communication with the owner was polite, but the overall experience did not meet our expectations.
