Beautiful house, and great location! we loved our stay here. Very clean. we really enjoyed the hot tub and the walking trail was nearby. enjoyed seeing the elk, deer and wild horses daily. would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed

We were only there for a few days but it was wonderful. My husband and I were very pleased with the property. The comforter was a little warm for June but that is my only complaint.

Beautiful property with private courtyard

Beautiful Spanish southwest style house! Our group was 2 couples and the size of the house was perfect. One couple did use the hall bathroom but it was fine. We enjoyed the breakfast nook and tv room with comfy couch and outdoor space. Location is close to midtown and restaurants. House was not in the flood path. Would definitely stay again!

My girlfriend and I rented this house for a 3 day stay and immediately upon entering the house we were greeted with a stylish and cozy atmosphere. Just the design of the house is a sight to behold, and worth the book, but it's the cleanliness, board games, blankets, towels and other amenties the host provides that makes this house special. They really took the effort to make the stay as comfortable and pleasing as possible as they could which is something me and my girlfriend really, really appreciated. Outside was just as clean with a game of corn hole setup and of course the hot tub. The hot tub was clean and working great, and the fact we used it when it was 12 degrees at night without feeling any of the cold was such an awesome experience! Overall this place blew my girlfriend's and mine expectations out of the water and when we stay multiple nights again in Ruidoso we will definitely book this house again!
