We were pleased with the rental, the set up was comfortable, beds were very comfortable, place was very well stocked. The only issue was the internet would not stay on more than 2 minutes at a time so we couldn't watch TV. Host answered back right away when contacted.

This was such a pretty place to stay and the owner home was so nice and comfortable. the view from balcony was awesome and the quietness was what we were going for and we weren't disappointed, and it was even biker weekend and it was not a problem. Thank you for allowing your home to be used and I'm a horse person so the pictures were awesome.

Great accomodations

Location was perfect, house was clean, and we found everything we needed. Our only complaint was the mattress in the upstairs secondary bedroom. It hard as a rock, but we made a phone call and got a mattress pad to resolve the issue.

Great location, Spacious

There were a few issues (no power downstairs, leak in ceiling, sink knob coming off), but the property fixed them within a quick time frame. The house is plenty big for a family of 6-8 and offers plenty of pillows and blankets. Things to know:Bring your own coffee, towels for the hot tub, crockpot or any larger kitchen items, and hand soap if you don't want a small bar.

Very spacious

The home as a whole was very spacious. We did run into some maintenance issues during our stay but nothing that ruined our stay. This home would be beyond perfect once items are addressed. I would probably stay here again to get the full effect.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and very clean.. The location is excellent. My only concern was the driveway …which is a little steep. The gravel, makes it hard to gain traction but you will find a spot to hit that will make it possible to drive in after the 1st or 2nd attempt.

Family Ruidoso Trip

House was in decent shape, and was very large. This was the 4th year we have visited Ruidoso for first week of January. Overall I was personally disappointed with this house and wouldn’t stay there again. A big part of booking this house was the game room and hot tub. We had to go buy our own pool sticks because the ones in the house were all broken. All of the darts for the dart board were broken. The hot tub was very bubbly and had to wait a few days to get towels for the hot tub. Had to go buy batteries for all the TV remotes as they were all missing except for one dead one. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work and had to wait a few days to get a working dryer. Oh and the towel racks and TP racks would fall off the wall. Small tho ha but for what we paid pretty disappointing.
