Quiet place in Glen Park

This is a quiet place in glen park, close to the Bart station, and shopping and restaurants. I frequently travel on business to San Francisco, and this is a place that I will probably stay at in the future. It was exactly as advertised.

Love the neighbourhood. The studio was, as expected, a converted garage, so there was an odour that I perceived to be mould mixed with room deodorizer. For your future guests, the bathroom sink is plugged, probably by hair. It's very slow to drain. The outdoor access is lovely. I heard very little noise from upstairs. All in all, it was a good place, but so very pricey even for San Francisco.

Everything was great. Very small. No chair other than the bed so stay here if you're not going to be home. Beautiful garden. I loved the location but my daughter lives up the street aobot suited my needs. Hair dryer needs an upgrade. But otherwise lovely

Nice clean room, great location. A little small for my wife and I but the backyard made up for it. Easy access, but parking is a premium, maybe add a little more information with the room description? Options? As I was in SF for a surgery for my wife I thought SF parking might help: I attempted to get a temporary permit through SF permitting; they were kind of rude and blunt. "NO" was the basic answer. With no alternatives. Host was great locked myself out by mistake and had to get let in. Laundry, coffee and the small frig. were convenient. I had trouble getting in at first but Hostwell was super throughout my stay. A live person (Keith) helped me on several occasions. Room pricing was fair for the location.

Our overall experience was good. Problem with batteries dying on entry code our second day was quickly rectified. Some upgrades needed in the space. Bad carpet stains. Other physical upgrades needed. Great location though.

Getting into the property very late, we were grateful for a bed. It was easy to find and get into. The pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.The messages from Hostwell, the property management partner, were confusing with check out instructions because it was a blanket statement assumed on all properties. The carpet was badly stained in the unit, had a musty smell from the garage, and we were without hand soap. I should have payed attention to the built in fees for an "extra person," which ultimately left me feeling this property was highly over priced for the 7 hours we spent there.

We enjoyed our stay in Glen Park. The guest suite was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge were nice additions. The location was great - close to shops and transit. We would definitely stay again!
