This was an apartment building that requires stairs, and street parking is required. No beach tags were listed, which is fine, but the Evolve team was mainly chatting with an AI bot. After speaking with Donna, the host, she expressed her issues with Evolve and is planning on getting a new system for next summer. Donna was great to talk to and very easy going. The check in process was tough for the other renters as well, but that fell onto the Evolve team who managed the locks.

We stayed over a long weekend. The apartment was clean and well maintained The photo of the porch was misleading, it turned out there was no porch in this apartment. Other than that we were happy.

Truly amazing! Wonderful host Donna! She thought of absolutely everything you may need for your home away from home! Beach umbrellas , chairs,cribs, outdoor private shower! The list goes on. The cleanliness of our space could of been better but I just cleaned it up myself. Have every intention on returning!

Cute apartment with access to all OC has to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach, boardwalk, ice cream, Asbury ave shopping, grocery store, and sunsets over the bay. Never used our car once. Did use our bikes to access more of OC and the boardwalk and there was a rack we could use. Loved the outdoor shower. Lots of storage space and nicely decorated. Donna, the host, provided a lot. On the smaller side but it worked. Sofa needed more pillows since it was so deep but it was comfy. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
