Beach views were the best part. Listening to the ocean all the time was serene and restful.The beds were doubles and the furniture generally a bit uncomfortable and cheaply made. Place was clean and tidy with a full size fridge and kitchen with everything you need.

We absolutely loved this property—the location was perfect, and waking up and falling asleep to the view and sound of the beach was incredible. Watching the surfers was a highlight, and the neighbours staying at the back of the unit were lovely. One small downside was the old kettle, which caused the electricity to trip and switch off the heaters and fridge whenever we tried to make tea. But overall, it was an amazing experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

The beachfront position of this unit is superb. It is a short, flat walk along the sand south to the surf club bistro & other beach view cafes and north to Avoca beach shops & eateries. The unit itself is compact (unit sleeps 6 but we could only fit 4 on the lounge). The description is accurate. There is no air con but there are fans. There are 5 units in the complex (two beachfront side by side with the other 3 behind) and the front porch and grassy area that leads to the beach are common property, so are a shared space. The bathroom looks to have been renovated recently. The complex is in good repair and is cared for. We loved staying here.
