The most magnificent view and a feeling of living somewhere else in the world .I had a heavenly sleep and was able to fully relax and be creative as well as enjoy the beach .I love Emma’s decorating style .A place I definitely would like to stay at again .

The place is beautiful, feels cozy and beautifully decorated. The view is spectacular and the communication with the host was beyond great. However could be cleaner and better maintained. Overall it was good and we enjoyed our stay.

The interior was well-kept and tidy, and the house overall was a nice use of space, really comfortable. The view of Avoca beach (especially the sunrise!!) was incredible, and distance from nearby stores and the beach itself was short and convenient. It was a nice surprise to see there were no problems with the taps. Would like to visit again. In fact, I have recommended this place to many of my friends and colleagues already. This place is a gem. Its quaint n cozy with a wholesome dose seaside nostalga kiche. everything you need is there( fluffy towels n comfy beds)...Then theres the view. !!!Gardens has alot of love pouring out of it too!...A treat for the senses for what really counts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Seas Villa because it was so comfortable . It’s in a convenient part of Avoca Beach with beautiful views of the beach and the ocean . The front deck is perfect for breakfast , lunch with friends and bbq dinners . It’s private , quiet and the afternoon shade was welcome on hot days after a dip in the surf .
