Ancien Moulin du XVII eme , Nathalie et Éric en ont fait l’acquisition et la rénovation en 2020. Cette magnifique bâtisse est devenue leur résidence principale et ont décidé de faire profiter l’été de leur petit coin de paradis aux vacanciers désireux de passer des vacances de rêve entres amis ou en famillle .

Au calme et sans vis à vis au pied du parc naturel des Cévennes mais en même temps tout proche de toutes les commodités et commerces , ainsi que différentes activités et lieux touristiques.

What makes this property unique

Véritable moulin pour huile d’olive fonctionnant avec la force hydraulique de l’eau de la rivière acheminée au moyen d’un canal , au repos mais gardé par ses propriétaires comme témoignage historique.
Devenu havre de paix dans cet écrin de verdure au pied du parc des Cévennes . La maison est entièrement rénovée avec prestations de luxe et de qualités, avec climatisation pour l’été . Elle comprend notamment une grande piscine chauffée, un terrain de tennis , un terrain de pétanque..
