The house was bright, cozy, and had everything we needed. Comfy beds, a great kitchen, and a backyard perfect for relaxing. Close to beaches and shops. We can't wait to come back!

Is Walking to the Beach Worth 1,000?

Couldn’t have been happier with this property. It is in Sarasota, but in the neighborhood closest to the bridge at the southern end of Siesta Key. Most days we were able to drive to the beach in under 10 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was exactly as it was shown in the pictures online. The house was also close to the shops and restaurants in Sarasota.The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay and was at least 1,000 cheaper for the week than much smaller properties on the Key. If I had one suggestion for the management company, I suggest being a little more communicative up front. Check in instructions were provided an hour before the check in time and check out instructions weren’t provided until early evening on the night before we checked out.

Perfect location

Location of property was perfect. The house was very cute and clean. We only had two issues. First, what we thought was the coffee maker and turned out to be an espresso machine, would not work. When we contacted management, they sent us a YouTube video on how to descale. This worked, but we really just wanted coffee. Second, was the communication about checkin and checkout. You don't receive the text with info about checkin until one hour before, so you don't know much when heading there. Then we did not have any information on checkout. When I texted management, the day before they said I would receive a text later in the day with the information. We never did. The next morning the cleaning people showed up to clean and we were still there. We figured check out was 10 or 11, so we were almost ready, but they had to wait on us. Other than the communication about check in and check out and no coffee maker, it was a nice stay.
