Discover this 3-bedroom house in Sarasota, 15min from 2 different beaches & across the street from Arlington Park & Pool.

Guests enjoy a mix of sleeping options:

Bedroom 2- Queen bed + Private Bathroom
Bedroom 3- Kid's room with a fun bunk bed + trundle/pull out twin (sleeps 3)

With a full kitchen, you have the option to spend time at home cooking or preparing snacks on days you don't want to go out, and there is a coffee bar as well.

Each room is equipped with a TV. Other provided entertainment includes board games for inside and corn hole for outside.

Backyard has palms and shells along with outdoor seating. There is a bistro table and chairs on the small screened porch out back as well.

The front porch is screened in with a laundry room next to front door, and covered parking is available as well.

We provide full amenities and are always ready to help you if you need something or if you run out.

We are 15 minutes from both Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach, 7-9 minute drive from downtown Sarasota, 5 minute drive from the popular Hillview Center (restaurants and shopping), 10 minutes from St Armands Circle, across the street from Arlington Park & Pool (our favorite!), and 15-20 minute drive from both Sarasota Jungle Gardens and Ringling Muesem.

The Arlington Park area is a great choice because on days you don't feel like going to the beach, there is still a lot to do near by. Arlington Park has a gorgeous 5 Mile trail in addition to their pool, child's park, tennis and basketball courts, and rec center. Our favorite part is the outdoor gym across from our (your) house! This is so much fun for the kids, too.

This is a quiet residential street that does not allow parties or street parking.

I like being a host because as someone who didn't grow up being able to go on many vacations, I know how special each vacation is and I really value being a part of that for others. From snowbirds to young families to business professionals, I think it is really cool to contribute to each guest's experience in this beautiful, amazing city.

Why they chose this property

We love Arlington Park so much.

It's best feature is that it is quiet and safe. Lots of gentrification has occurred over the past 5-10 years, and it has a very unique assortment of houses.

The park is across the street for walks or swimming (we love the outdoor gym), sports courts across the street, 15min from both beaches, less than 10min from downtown, less than 5min from Hillview- it is just such a good location.

Traffic is a lot better in this neighborhood than being on Siesta Key or St Armands, and we feel at home during the times we just feel like relaxing inside.

We fell in love with this neighborhood our very first visit to Sarasota, and worked so hard to buy a house here!

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it is literally across the street from Arlington Park & the outdoor gym, but is also incredibly quiet.

The space inside the house is incredibly efficient and allows people to comfortably live and relax.

Our home is a fully updated version of the original home- we felt it was important to have a home that has the charm of the original neighborhood but fresh living spaces on the inside for guests.
