The house is perfect for larger groups. Great layout and plenty of space for our three family crew. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool, hot tub and bar. Loved everything about it.

This property is like a private resort!Beautiful setting on a really nice canal. Pool area and lanai make you feel like you are in a really upscale setting.The bar and grill area with the refrigerators, grill, fans and tv make for a pleasant atmosphere.Kitchen utensils and amenities were more than adequate.My family just loved this house.

We just completed our Family Vacation in Cape Coral. We were able to entertain our children and grandchildren at this beautiful property. The home is extremely spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. The outside area was gorgeous. We spent a great deal of our time out there. The infinity pool was gorgeous. The home was nestled directly on the water channel. Extremely relaxing. The communication with the property manager was excellent both prior to and during the trip. This property will not disappoint!

The house was nice but expensive when it needs some updates. It was surprising there was no ice maker in the fridge. The ones provided were still not enough we had to buy ice. Definitely could have used new pillows and most mattresses were super hard and uncomfortable. The very top floor was great the privacy up there was amazing. But the sheets on the bed need to be newer. It was wonderful that it was provided all of the necessities to go to the beach, play in the pool, pool towels. When the air conditioner started leaking they were very prompt with sending someone out! It was so clean too!

The property itself is beautiful. No question about that. My brother & I went together to book this property for my dad’s 80th birthday celebration. There were 10 of us going so we needed a large house and this definitely fit the bill. The main primary was described as being on the main floor. Most would take that to mean the ground floor, but it was on the 2nd floor. The only bedroom on the ground floor had no closet. That’s not ideal. The main problem was that the main primary had a waterbed. Yes, a waterbed was listed in the description, but you would think that a house like this would have a sleepable waterbed, but it was a waterbed with not nearly enough water in it. My dad had to go to the third floor - beautiful, yes - but 3 storeys to climb for an 80 year old. My brother took the room with the waterbed. They DID NOT SLEEP that week. The property mgr said she got it and she wouldn’t want to sleep in that bed either and said they were getting in “waterbed specialists”. While the maintenance men were lovely, they were not specialists. They had a bucket and funnel. The only tub in the house also didn’t operate until day 6 out of 8. Calls to the property mgr went to a full voicemail box. The property manager strung me along, making promises. I was texting/calling constantly with them all week. Not a relaxing vacation. It was really upsetting in the end for such an expensive & meaningful trip. We are very considerate guests and are polite and leave properties immaculate.

WOW, was right! Beautiful, spacious and comfortable house.There were 14 of us and we all had our own space. Pool, outdoor kitchen, dock area, kayaks were all great. The kids never wanted to leave the pool and hot tub.It was hard to go sightseeing because we didn't want to leave this beautiful house.We saw dolphins and a Manatee in the canal. Grandson had fun fishing off the dock.We definitely would stay there again.
