Features 3 private bedrooms, 2 deluxe bathrooms with spa amenities, a well-appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, island bar and dining area, living room with fireplace and a sleeper sofa, flat screen TVs, washer & dryer, and free WiFi. Spiral staircase in foyer leads to the rooftop deck. ADA Accessible: Guest room, bathroom, kitchen, balcony (excludes rooftop deck)

The SLO Brew Lofts are a collection of 5 Luxury Short Term Vacation Rentals. Located on historical Higuera Street and perched above the ultra chic Carissa Event Space.

The Loft’s are in the center of SLO’s entertainment district, and walking-distance to the finest restaurants, shops and cocktail lounges that our town has to offer. The SLO Brew Lofts are consider one of the most sought after accommodations in San Luis Obispo.

SLO Brew Lofts are a Self Check IN Vacation Rental facility without a 24HR Front Desk. Staff is rarely onsite and best communication practice is through text message.

Beautiful spot, plus the private rooftop patio was amazing. Great location. The only thing that was unexpected was the incredibly loud DJ in the bar below us on Friday night. The listing should definitely mention this; the entire place was shaking with the bass until after midnight.

Great downtown location, but the music noise from the bar Carissa was a problem Thursday-Saturday night. We upgraded to this unit hoping to avoid that. No rooftop firepot or blankets so we couldnt use the outside space. Not much storage for clothing, only one closet. Would have liked a real drip coffee pot. Tv service is minimal. drip coffee pot.think avoid that

Perfect location for us because we had a family wedding at the “Penny” was great.

Only two issues. No real coffee maker just an espresso machine. Also all solar powered lamps on the loft deck outside we’re not working. Bottom line it was an amazing time and location
