The perfect Outer Banks vacation begins with CNU At The Beach. This lovely soundside home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Kill Devil Hills, just a ten-minute walk to the beach or the sound. Meticulously maintained, this beautifully constructed home features upgrades, thoughtful details, and modern finishes throughout. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the inviting front porch that overlooks the landscaped yard. Inside, the open-concept great room features vaulted ceilings, gorgeous hardwood flooring and plenty of comfortable seating. The chef in your group will especially appreciate the spacious kitchen anchored by a large island with bar seating. A cozy loft space is equipped with a built-in workstation for guests who need to stay caught up with work or school remotely.

The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and features a king bed and private bath. Also on the main level you'll find a queen bedroom and full hall bath. Downstairs, the ground level consists of a third bedroom with queen, third full bath and a bonus room with bunkbeds that can be used for alternative sleeping arrangements. A wet bar with mini fridge is also located on this floor, perfect for convenient drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs.

Centrally located at Milepost 5.5, CNU At The Beach is within a half mile radius of a variety of shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Our stay was great, plenty of room for everyone, great location to the beach. We recommend renting a golf cart for easy access across the road for beach, your gear and exploring! We contacted Sandbar Street Carts and they delivered the cart to the home and picked up the cart no hassle. Highly recommend if you’re searching for a cart company. Overall great stay and location, we would stay here again.

Great place to gather

Quiet and peaceful stay. Plenty of room and well equipped. Nice to have 3 full baths and an outdoor shower. Short drive to beach with public beach access and short bike ride to sound.Clean overall but there were roaches and ants. I messaged the property manager and asked them to send pest control. We did not see any roaches the 3rd night. I understand the house is close to water so hopefully pest control can continue to come regularly.
