Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please set outside cans to the curb on those days. Thank you
We have NEW piping underneath the house. Please do not allow children to touch or hang from the piping as it would cause extensive damage to the system!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

House is very cute. Would recommend getting lamps for living room as well as blinds for windows in living room. We loved our time we spent relaxing in the hammock and all of our adventures at the beach

Kill Devil Hills is one of the best spots in the OBX. I really like the neighborhood as it's convenient to the best restaurants and shopping. Also I enjoy the bike/walking path in our neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

I believe Drake's cottage is not only in a great location but has character. It mixes the older beach box look with newly renovated touches!
