I am originally from Tidewater and really enjoy the beach! I also love real estate and hope to create a nice space to come and visit the OBX!
Why they chose this property
Kill Devil Hills is one of the best spots in the OBX. I really like the neighborhood as it's convenient to the best restaurants and shopping. Also I enjoy the bike/walking path in our neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
I believe Drake's cottage is not only in a great location but has character. It mixes the older beach box look with newly renovated touches!
