A private elevator takes you directly to your unit at St. Maarten. The open living space and kitchen is perfect for your family of 8.

The kitchen is spacious and full stocked with all the cookware and utensils you need to make a family feast or a quick bite before heading downstairs to the pool or beach. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating options to enjoy the gulf view. There is a private Den area off the living room that features a large flat screen TV and additional seating.

There are 2 guest bedrooms in this condo. The first guest bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds. The second guest bedroom has a King-sized bed. The two guest bathrooms offer ample vanity areas and combination tub/showers. The guest room balcony overlooks the surrounding area and complex.

Plenty of room for our family to spread out. We loved having the extra living room space! Access to all the amenities helped entertain us since it was a little cooler a couple days during our stay.

Great time

This is my third visit to St Maarten and it won’t be our last. Everything you need really got there. Beautiful views from the balcony. Great time every time.

The check in process is a little difficult because they do not tell you the office location to pick up key is not at the resort. Beyond check in, the experience is flawless. Great views, very clean, very comfortable bedding and couches. Very big pool to accommodate all resorts, live music In afternoons at the beach bar. Beach chairs and toys supplied in the garage which is at the entrance to go out to beach so carrying to beach is not difficult. Would be nice to stock some seasonings, at least salt and pepper. But just bring every single thing you needs as far food and drinks for cooking because nothing is supplied. Definitely plan to stay again. I give 5 stars

The refrigerator freezer all the shelves and drawers were broken. The oven could not close the ice maker by the bar had mildew so did the Jacuzzi bathtub in the master the only reason I stayed in the unit was because I had an infant and a four year grandchild . This unit needs to be updated badly. The price for this penthouse in that condition was ridiculous. I didn’t want to write a bad review, the unit needs to be upgraded
