The open living area features an oversized leather sofa, a 60” HDTV with high definition service, and access to a balcony overlooking the beach. Our generous dining area seats six guests with additional bar seating for three. With granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare and serve delicious meals for your guests. There is also balcony seating for outdoor dining.

The master suite features a king bed with luxurious linens, fine furnishings and direct access to the balcony. Custom designed with granite and stone, the master bathroom offers a private spa experience. There is a deep jetted roman tub, a separate shower and double vanities. The guest bedroom suite with king bed also opens to the balcony. With elegant linens, an HDTV and generous closet space, our guest bedroom is relaxing and accommodating. The adjoining guest bathroom is beautifully designed with custom tile work. There is an additional guest bedroom that features two double beds. A newly designed guest bathroom is conveniently located just a few steps away.

The Silver Shells Resort in Destin, Florida is a world-class vacation destination. It offers 1,100 feet of sugar white beach with beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent. Enjoy a drink and a snack at the Tiki Bar and Grill located right on the beach. The tropical lagoon swimming pool features a stunning waterfall, hot tub, baby pool, children’s playground and grill area. Lush tropical foliage, green lawns and shady arbors transform the grounds into an exceptionally beautiful resort destination. For a special dining experience, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is located on the property. Garage parking is provided for 1 car and outdoor parking for 1 car. Beach and pool access is permitted after check in time of 4:00 PM, CST. *If guests arrive after 6pm, the garage will be closed and we need to know 5 days prior to make arrangements.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
