Great stay.The AC for the two king rooms did not get as cold as we would want it, but that's subjective. Would book again for sure.

Our Unit, Fitness center, Pickleball Courts and beach access were outstanding. FYI the only pool heated in February was at the fitness center and it’s small. This was the perfect layout for us to have space between us and our guests with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Overall it was great!

Great Family Trip - Beautiful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful place. It has everything you need and is very comfortable. We are a family of 5 (18, 14, 10 boy ages) and this condo was perfect for us. It is a short walk to everything in the resort and convenient to all the grocery stores and eateries. The resort had something for everyone including pickle ball, huge lagoon pool, weight room, cardio room, and of course the amazing gulf water and white sand beach. We would definitely recommend and rent this condo again.

Great unit, well supplied. Appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, and towels. Linens provided. TVs are great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds in masters were too high for elderly and only one step stool was provided. Main master was too hot. AC didn’t seem to affect coolness in this room while second master was freezing. Could use luggage racks. Location was great - near everything. Key fobs were a PITA and seemed unnecessary. Thought we had a beach view but must have misunderstood. Beach chairs and umbrellas were prohibitively expensive and personal umbrellas were forbidden. Pool needs shade especially since umbrella use was strictly enforced because of wind - which on one of the calmest days we were there was frustrating. The Sand Bar was fun, good drinks & food, live music occasionally but no restrooms, which made it a long walk from the beach to the pool restrooms. Resort was clean. Our management staff was extremely responsive and friendly. We’d stay here again.

Hi Donna, thank you for staying with us and also thank you for the helpful comments. We will reach out to the owners and see if luggage racks can be placed in the home as well as another foot stool. All in all it sounds as though you all really enjoyed your stay and the surrounding amenities of the resort. The air conditioner is working just fine as you must keep the shades closed during the day time in the primary bedroom as this takes most of the sunlight during the day.
