Generally happy.Had an issue with one of the toilets constantly running, which you could hear in the bedroom.Internet router failed, which caused us excess data charges. This was annoying as wifi was included in the accommodation cost.

Hi Tracey, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you were generally happy with your stay, but we're sorry about the issues with the running toilet and internet router. We understand how frustrating these inconveniences must have been, especially with the unexpected mobile data charges. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and will share your feedback with our team so they can be followed up. Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back.

Everything was in good shape. Very pretty unit with a fabulous view. Lots of usable space. There is a French press in the unit for coffee. My one issue was that our heated bathroom floor was stuck on high. It was so hot that it was hard to stand in there for any length of time. The other bathroom it seemed like the heated floor did not work at all. I told the management company, but they did not seem interested in coming to fix it but rather told me how to turn it off when it already was off. But that issue aside I would definitely recommend staying here. Great base to explore Queenstown!
