The property is located on a quiet street overlooking the harbor and river. One bedroom on the first floor with bathroom and three bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The deck has nice furniture sit while looking over the water.

Great location to the marina, walking distance. Views are awesome! House has lots of room, clean for the most part some things need a deeper clean here and there. The listing is slightly off as far as bathrooms available, 2 full baths available all on the 3rd floor. 3/4 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, one on the 1st with half bath. Kitchen is well equipped but if the house is full there is not enough dishes for multiple meals a day, dishes chipped, 3 dishwasher pods provided for 5 day stay. Parking is tight, it’s an alley to the parking spots/garage so big vehicles/trucks is very tight. Overall a great stay and would visit again!

Everything was as advertised and more! Beautiful and spacious. Very modern and clean; had everything we needed in the gorgeous kitchen. Our family had a wonderful weekend and Kimberly was great to work with, responding quickly and very accommodating. Would absolutely book again.

We had an excellent stay! The house is clean, up to date and had all the amenities we needed. We were easily able to cook breakfast in and had nice relaxing times chilling while watching the elk from the balcony. Good location, not too far of a drive from Astoria and had a couple food options nearby too. Would definitely stay again!! Thanks!

Newly constructed three-story townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. It’s easy to walk to the marina and state park. An excellent coffee stand is just three blocks away. The kitchen needs bakeware such as a 9x13” pan. The bed in the primary bedroom is hard even with the mattress topper.

Beautiful house right at the marina

We spent 8 days and had a lovely time. The water is only 100 yards away! It's an easy 15 minute walk to Ft. Stevens State Park with its lovely beaches and historical sites. I have only 2 minor criticisms: 1) The coffee maker provided is a miniature 4-Cup which is wholly inadequate for 8 adults in a 4-bedroom house. Either bring your own, or ask the manager to provide a full-size coffee maker; and 2) The 4 bed/4/bath is misleading. There are only 2 full bathrooms with a shower; the other two are sink and toilet only. So... when you're planning, if that matters to you, just be aware. I was not, and it was a logistics surprise I wasn't counting on. Other than that, though, it was perfect. The outdoor space is awesome, and the indoor living space is open and spacious. The kitchen is HUGE! We really enjoyed our time there. Oh, and there's a Fred Meyer just minutes away in Warrenton, so that's convenient too. We also saw a herd of elk right in front of the house one day. (We did not approach, and I would discourage anyone else from doing so... but it's pretty darn cool to see them from the balcony!)

The property is beautiful. We had a great time and didn’t need to contact anyone for anything. There were 4 of us and plenty of room. Loved that it was pet friendly. Balconies and view were great!
