We are sorry it took us a few days to respond to this review since we needed to do our due diligence. We are glad you enjoyed the design and communication. We take the comfort and safety of our guests very seriously. Our cleaning crew did not notice any mold smell. Though we did not stop there. We made sure to travel there ourselves with a mold test kit, tested every room, and found nothing. We also checked the air filter and found nothing. We made sure there were two of us there to make sure there was a check and balance on who was smelling what. Our cleaner makes sure to use proper cleaners and disinfectant to make sure the place is clean and safe among other wonderful assets to strive for a 10 out of 10 rating, which is what we had until this one. That being said, we encourage that if anything is less than satisfactory that our guests please let us know immediately, and we will do all in our rational power to fix the situation. We prefer that they don't have to spend any time being uncomfortable and then let us know after their stay.

The condo is beautifully decorated with the perfect blend of coastal charm and comfort, creating an atmosphere that immediately puts you into vacation mode.The two-bedroom layout was spacious and comfortable, and the fully stocked kitchen had everything we could possibly need. It was clear that the host has put tremendous thought into every detail, from the furnishings and décor to the amenities provided throughout the condo.One of our favorite features was the balcony shared by both the living room and primary bedroom. It was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening while soaking in the relaxing coastal ambiance.This condo truly feels like a home away from home. A very comfortable and well thought out rental! We visited with 4 adults and 2 young kids, we only stayed 2 night, but could have stayed comfortably for a week or more! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils, plenty of towels in both bathrooms, toiletries available, and comfortable beds! The hosts have everything well labeled, and the check out instructions were very easy. We hope to be able to stay here again!

Wow! What a gorgeously decorated and comfortable condo. It is completely stocked with all the comforts of home. Located in the heart of downtown Seaside, it allowed us to easily walk to restaurants, shopping and activities. Great, great place!!!

Look no further - you want to stay here! This is a beautiful condo where the owners have thought of everything that you may need to make us comfortable. The location was great, nice river view, well stocked and tastefully decorated. We are so happy to have found this gem of a place and hope to be back some day. The owners provided excellent communication even when I failed to read everything provided ahead of the trip, they were kind to answer again.
