Perfect Location!
We came to Denver for a wedding, and this apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was unbeatable — right across from the park and an easy stroll to Pearl Street with its amazing restaurants and bars. We worked remotely during our stay and found plenty of space to focus and be productive. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with every amenity we could need. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful location!!
This basement apartment was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. It is fully updated and you nearly forget you are in a basement! Parking was easy and always available. Its location directly across the street from Washington Park was such a perk! It also is a 2-3 block walk to a neighborhood coffee shop that we went to every morning. We felt totally safe and comfortable in this home and would stay again!!

We’re glad you enjoyed the space, easy parking, time in Wash Park, and morning coffee at Wash Perk. (That coffee shop is a neighborhood institution!)
We chose this location for its closeness to the University of Denver since we were there to help our daughter move into the dorms. The home was what we needed with two well furnished bedrooms and a simple kitchen (no stove). We liked having a parking space. It's a safe neighborhood. This area is great. It's within walking distance to a lovely and very active park. We walked from the home through the park to a pizzeria and then a local bakery/cafe. It's a peaceful way to unwind and get a feeling for the city. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it fit our needs.
